Claim Period:
Customers can initiate a return and refund within 05 days while following the policy guidelines.
Scope and Limitations:
This policy covers all items, including perishables and non-perishables, sold by Sheikhoz. It is subject to the items' warranty period and condition upon return.
Definitions of Terms:
Perishables: Items with limited shelf life, such as foods, beverages, medicine, etc.
Non-perishables: Items with longer shelf life, such as leather goods, electronic appliances, hardware, etc.
Item Return, Refund, and Exchange:
Items can be returned, exchanged, or refunded within 07 days from the date of purchase.
Customers must present the item's receipt or proof of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Returned items without a purchase receipt, beyond the return period, or in a condition beyond normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange or refund.
The item should be new, not cleaned, and not used. Original receipts and item papers must be included.
Exchange:
Applies to items returned due to mistakes, unintended purchases, damages, defects, or item expiration.
Returned items for exchange undergo a strict assessment process, and if replacement items are unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Refund:
Applies to items returned when product exchange is impossible due to unavailability.
Refunds will only be issued after assessing the condition of the returned item or availability of a replacement.
Customers can expect immediate returns, but processing may take 2 to 3 working days after receiving the faulty item.
To claim a refund, customers must follow policy guidelines and send the product and its receiving form back to us.
Circumstances for Refund and Return:
We refund and return if:
- Damaged product is shipped
- Irrelevant product is shipped
- Customer requests a return
What We Do Not Return or Refund:
- Used products
- Products without the Order Form
Condition of the Returned Product:
All items must be returned in their normal packaging or unused condition if purchased with damages or defects.
Items returned for service warranties should be in the condition specified in their user manuals.
