Terms of Service for Sheikhoz Online Store

Welcome to Sheikhoz! These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations governing your use of our online store. By accessing or using Sheikhoz, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully.

Shipping Policy:

All orders above Rs 3499\- are delivered for free throughout Pakistan.

Orders are usually shipped within 3-10 business days via PostEx from Monday to Friday.

Order Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Standard Shipping, Estimated Delivery: 5 to 8 Business days (Monday – Friday) in regular seasons.

Standard Shipping Cost: The standard shipping charges of Rs 199/- will be for orders below Rs 3499\-

Return & Refund Policy:

Customers can claim a return and refund within 05 days, following the policy guidelines.

Customer will bear the shipping charges when returning the item.

We do not return or refund used products or products without the Order Form.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are applicable within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Exchange and refund conditions apply based on the item's condition and warranty period.

Refunds only apply when product exchange is impossible due to unavailability.

Cancellations:

Cancellations are accepted before the order has been dispatched.

If the order has been forwarded, please refer to our refund policy.

Incorrect Address:

We are not responsible for the loss of packages if an incorrect address is provided during checkout.

Tax:

We do not charge any type of tax.

General Terms:

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a purchase.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

Sheikhoz reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use is subject to the laws of Pakistan.
