Shipping Policy for Sheikhoz Online Store

At Sheikhoz, we aim to make your shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. Our Shipping Policy outlines the procedures, timeframes, and important information related to the shipment of our products.

Delivery Locations:

• All orders above Rs 3499\- are delivered for free throughout Pakistan.
• Orders are usually shipped within 3-10 business days via PostEx from Monday to Friday.

Shipping Rates & Estimates:

Order Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays).

Standard Shipping, Estimated Delivery: 5 to 10 Business days (Monday – Friday) in regular seasons.

Standard shipping charges of Rs 249/- will be for orders below Rs 3499\-

Tracking: How to Check the Status of an Order?

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
• You can visit https://www.postex.pk/ to track your odders.
• The tracking number allows you to monitor your order until it is delivered to you.
• Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
• Ensure the email provided is accurate to receive notifications.

Cancellations:

• If you decide to cancel your order before it is dispatched, we can accept cancellations at any time.
• Once the order is dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Incorrect Address:

If you provide an incorrect address during checkout, and the product returns to our store after delivery, we are not responsible for the loss of your package.

Tax:

We do not charge any type of tax.
